What are your Shipping & Delivery Methods?


humanwigs.co.uk ships all lace wigs by UPS express to world wide. Shipping time: 1-3 workdays.
And all other wigs are shipped by EMS international express. Shipping time: 3-7 workdays.

(note: it's just the shipping time on the way, not including the time of preparing each order.)

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?


When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided. Currently Air Mail can't provide tracking number, but you can contact us so we can help you to check the status of shipment.

On occassion, an order will be filled and shipped from two different warehouses. If this is the case, you will then receive two separate email notifications with different tracking numbers but your shipping cost will remain the same.
Important


You can't change your shipping address after you placed your order. Or we probably will cancel the order and refund the money to you. So please make sure you left the correct shipping address while you making the order.
What's the total delivery time for my order?


The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts, the processing time and the shipping time, as shown below.

Processing time for an order is the time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product. Detailed time frame has been listed on each product's description page.

Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
Do you accept returns?


humanwigs.co.uk wants customers to be happy. Sometimes a return is necessary to achieve customer satisfaction. Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to assure that returns are handled properly and fairly:

We accept returns only for reasons due to mistakes we make.

Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:

All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by humanwigs.co.uk within Three(3) business days of receipt of order.
You should provide us the Authorization of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging.
No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you request damages from the shipping company.
On approved items, buyer shall be responsbile for shipping costs both ways unless humanwigs.co.uk is responsible for the return due to sending the wrong item.
